NYCD Teacher/Helper Meeting Notes
January 19th, 2008
We missed you at the meeting! Here are some of the issues we discussed:
How can we show the love of God to the children?
How can we provide consistency for the children?
How can we build relationships with parents?
How can we improve the connection between church and home?
Upcoming Events
*Valentines's Party - Wed. Feb. 13th during church.
*Easter Party- Thursday, March 20th. Helpes are needed. See Lori.
Please Remember...
...do not stack chairs until they have been wiped off.
...leave used toys out so that cleners know what to clean.
...do not use fruit loops in glue...the dye runs out and it gets messy.
...let craft projects fully dry before sending them home with children.
Don't forget...
...switch with another teacher if you cannot teach/help as scheduled
...call coordinator on a timely basis if unable to switch with somone.
...001 (LL), 002 (TH), 003 (FF) will be on the display screens when a helper is needed.
...children should only be released to an adult with the matching I.D. tag

...Do you know names of all the children in your class? their parent's names?
